I am passionate about crafting meaningful experiences for people & better outcomes for businesses.
I have experience designing digital products from concept to production. I have worked in setting up Design Ops, crafting Design Systems and evangelizing UX Design and accessibility.
I conduct corporate training, coach and mentor on topics related to Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Design Systems, Data Visualisation, Accessibility, Agile UX, and design tools such as Figma and Miro.
I have been in design for close to 20 years. During my tenure, i have worked closely with product managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Visual designers, developers and other stakeholders, to handle projects end to end, from concept to delivery to post-production.
I have worked on domains related to Data science, Data Visualization, Supply chain, Fintech, Sales & Marketing, Consumer and Brand Websites and Enterprise Apps.

I am glad to be writing this recommendation for Roopa. Roopa was instrumental in getting us going from scratch as we built our Supply chain orchestration platform ( Control Tower) from scratch. This has resulted in building a compelling visual layer for our business where they can see orders, inventory, etc at real-time and take actions to exceptions throughout the network The UX is world-class in terms of usability and adoption.
